1. Return and Exchange Policy
We will make every effort to ensure that you receive products of excellent quality. However, if you are dissatisfied with our products, we will offer refunds under the following conditions:
① Quality issues: product damage or serious quality problems that affect its use and appearance;
② Wrong shipment: incorrect product sent.
Special reminder: Our store does not support returns or exchanges without reasonable reasons. If you insist on returning the product, please bear the postage. Thank you for your understanding. Please be cautious when placing an order.
2. Return and Exchange Process
If you meet the refund conditions, please follow the steps below to submit a refund request:
① Contact our customer service team and provide your order information and the reason for return or exchange.
② Our customer service will review your application and contact you after verification.
③ Once your return or exchange request is approved, please follow the return or exchange process instructed by the customer service. Prepare the items for return or exchange and wait for the logistics pickup. After receiving the items and confirming no damage, a refund will be issued or replacement items will be sent according to the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Time
The refund processing time depends on the payment method used and the processing time of the refund application. Generally, once the application is approved, the refund will be completed within 7 working days.
4. Return and Exchange Cost Standard
For product damage and quality issues, the shipping fee is free;
Other situations: initial weight 90NT$, additional charge of 80NT$ for each additional kilogram
5. Special Statement
Our store only supports one exchange without reasonable reasons and does not support repeated exchanges. Please be cautious when placing an order.
