Prepare the items for return or exchange and wait for the logistics pickup. After receiving the items and confirming no damage, a refund will be issued or replacement items will be sent according to the original payment method.
3. Refund Processing Time
The refund processing time depends on the payment method used and the processing time of the refund application. Generally, once the application is approved, the refund will be completed within 7 working days.
4. Return and Exchange Cost Standard
For product damage and quality issues, the shipping fee is free;
Other situations: initial weight 90NT$, additional charge of 80NT$ for each additional kilogram
